What raw materials can be used for screw oil press?

The working principle of screw oil press is as follows:

1. Advancement and squeezing of blanks. When the screw oil press is running, the processed oil enters the pressing chamber from the hopper. The rotation of the squeezing snail pushes the material embryo to continuously move inward for squeezing. Under the high-pressure conditions of the pressing chamber, a large frictional resistance is generated between the embryo, the pressing snail and the pressing chamber, which promotes the relative movement between the particles of the embryo.
2. Design of snail pressing. The design of the snail press includes a gradually increasing diameter of the root circle and a gradually decreasing pitch, which allows the embryo to turn outwards while advancing forward.
3. Heat generated by friction. The heat generated by friction meets the operational requirements of the oil extraction process, helps to promote thermal denaturation of the protein in the embryo, destroys the colloidal structure, increases plasticity, and reduces viscosity, making it easier for oil to precipitate.
Oil discharge and residue treatment. The oil flows out from the gaps in the pressing cage, while the residue is pressed into cakes and discharged from the end of the pressing shaft.

Tips to note about screw oil press:
1. Operators must understand the oil production process technology and the performance of the oil press before they can operate independently.

2. It is strictly forbidden for metal or other hard objects to enter the pressing chamber. Do not use metal rods to poke into the feed opening.

3. When the press screw shaft is blocked, it is not allowed to start the machine by force without troubleshooting, and it is not allowed to reverse the operation to avoid damage to the machine parts and other accidents.

4. Pay attention to operation and production safety. The squeezed cake should be cooled to below 40ºC before being stacked and packaged to prevent spontaneous combustion.

5. When there is a sudden power outage for more than 5 minutes during use, the press screw shaft must be pulled out, the press chamber must be cleaned and assembled before restarting operation.

6. It is prohibited to use high-power motors to drive the oil press.

7. When the machine is working, the operator is not allowed to leave the site.

8. The threads of all parts related to the assembly of the mandrel are all reverse threads (left-hand).
