Instructions for use of hydraulic oil press:
1.When the hydraulic oil press is running, the processed material embryos enter the pressing chamber from the hopper. Under the action of the screw thread rotation, the feed end is gradually pushed toward the cake outlet end. The volume of each section in the press chamber is gradually reduced; and because the screw thread continuously pushes the material embryo into the press chamber, the product pressure is pushed forward and backward, compressing the material embryo, and squeezing out the oil.

2.Before using the hydraulic oil press, you should first prepare all auxiliary equipment and containers, check and adjust the tightness of the transmission belt. Then start the motor and run the machine idling for about 15 minutes, and check the speed of the pressing screw shaft. The general speed should be around 33dmin. When idling, pay attention to the meshing condition of the gears in the gear box and whether the sound is normal, and whether the bearing parts and the motor are normal. When the oil press is idling, the motor current should be about 3A. If the current is too high, stop the machine immediately for inspection and make adjustments before turning it on again.

3.After the no-load condition is normal, prepare about 50kg of rapeseed or soybeans and prepare to put them into the hopper. Note: The feed should not be too fast when starting to press, otherwise the pressure in the press chamber will suddenly increase and the press screw shaft will not rotate, causing the press chamber to be blocked, or even the press cage to rupture, leading to a major accident. Therefore, when compression begins, the feed material should be put into the feed hopper evenly and slowly to allow the oil press to run in. Repeat this many times for more than 3 to 4 hours, causing the temperature of the oil press to gradually rise and even smoke (this is a normal phenomenon). When starting to press, the temperature of the pressing chamber is low. You can slowly turn the handle on the withered stud to increase the thickness of the cake output, and at the same time increase the moisture content of the pressed blank material and the temperature of the pressing chamber. After the temperature rises to about 90°C and the oil press is operating normally, the cake thickness can be adjusted to 1.5~2.5mm and the tightening nut can be tightened. After the hydraulic oil press is in normal operation, the oil output from oil with high oil content is mostly concentrated in the strip rows and the front round rows.
4.The oil output from the rows accounts for about 60% of the total oil output, and the front group of round rows accounts for about 30%; while the oil discharged from the end is very small, in drops but not in lines, and the oil color is very clear. After repeated pressing two or three times, the oil in the rapeseed or soybean can be squeezed out. During this period, the oil residue with more oil can be evenly mixed into the embryo and pressed. Keep the material even when cutting, and avoid too much or too little, otherwise it will affect the life of the oil press and the oil yield.

5.During operation, the cake output of the oil press should be checked frequently, and the moisture content of the embryo should be controlled to be neither too high nor too low. The normal cake should be in the shape of a sheet, with the side of the pressing screw shaft smooth and the other side having many hairy lines. If the cake is loose and weak, or the cake is not shaped, has a dark color, and breaks into pieces by pinching it with your hands, this means that too little water has been added to the embryo material; if the cake is soft and becomes large, or the oil foam increases, It means adding too much water. Under normal circumstances, there is no or very little slag coming out between the round rows, and slag is coming out at the strip rows. If the slag coming out is in the shape of fine flakes, it means there is more water, and if there is powdery slag, it means there is less water. In addition, the change in the oil outlet position can be used to see whether the squeezed moisture is appropriate. When the squeezed moisture is too high or too low, the oil outlet position moves backward.
