Working principle of Soap Extruder

The core of soap-making machines is to transform raw materials into soap through the process of pretreatment → chemical reaction (saponification) → separation and purification → drying and molding. Saponification reaction is the key chemical reaction, while stirring, heating, separation and other equipment ensure reaction efficiency and product quality. Industrial equipment achieves large-scale production through automated control (temperature, time, stirring speed).
