Installation and use instructions
1. Preparation before use
Power connection and inspection: When connecting the power supply to the device correctly, be sure to confirm that the power parameters match the rated parameters of the device. After the connection is completed, before starting the equipment, manually turn the inertia wheel and carefully check whether there are any abnormal debris, such as metal debris, stones, etc. in the crushing room. If debris are found, clean it in time to avoid damage to the tool or other key components due to foreign objects after the equipment is started.
No-load trial operation: After completing the debris inspection, start the equipment for no-load operation to observe whether the tool rotation direction is correct. If the tool rotation direction is opposite to the marking direction, turn off the power supply of the device immediately and readjust the connection order of the three-phase power cord. After confirming that the tool rotation direction is correct, continue to run without load for 3 minutes, and pay attention to whether the equipment is running smoothly and whether there are abnormal sounds. After the no-load operation is completed, the feeding chamber is firmly installed to ensure that the feeding chamber is closely fitted with the equipment main body, so that the protection switch is in full contact, and the safety conditions for normal operation of the equipment can be achieved before the next operation can be carried out.
2. Things to note during operation
It is strictly forbidden to put non-pulverized materials with extremely high hardness such as iron products and stones into the crushing room. Such hard objects not only seriously damage the tool, but may also cause deformation of the internal structure of the equipment, and even cause equipment failures and safety accidents. If the equipment is equipped with the function of grinding bones, only materials such as bones that meet the scope of application of the equipment are allowed to be put into the equipment, and it is necessary to note that the material size should not exceed the maximum feed size specified by the equipment.
3. Exceptional situation handling
During the operation of the equipment, once abnormal sound, aggravated vibration or other abnormal phenomena are found, the emergency stop button must be pressed immediately to stop the equipment operation. Then, disconnect the power supply, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, and carefully check the cause of the abnormality. Common abnormal causes may include tool wear, loose internal parts, uneven feeding, etc. In response to the problems found, corresponding repair or adjustment measures should be taken. Only after ensuring that the fault is completely eliminated can the equipment be restarted and resumed production.
4. Equipment installation suggestions
In order to ensure the safety of equipment operation and the comfortable working environment of the operator, it is recommended to install the bone meal machine in a separate, spacious and well-ventilated workplace. The installation location should be away from crowded areas, and the ground should be kept flat and solid to reduce the impact of vibrations generated during the operation of the equipment on the surrounding environment. It also helps the equipment to operate stably and reduces the risk of equipment failure caused by ground unevenness.
