1.The main component of the screw oil press is the pressing chamber, which consists of a pressing cage and a spiral shaft rotating in the pressing cage. Its working principle is that through the continuous rotation of the screw shaft, the screw is driven to move forward according to the reduction of the lead or the gradual increase of the diameter of the root circle. During this process, the volume of the pressing chamber space is continuously reduced, thereby producing a squeezing effect. The squeezed oil is squeezed out from the gap of the squeeze cage, while the residue is pressed into crumb-shaped cakes and continuously discharged from the end of the squeeze shaft. The oil extraction process of the screw oil press can be divided into three stages, namely the feeding (pre-pressing) section, the main pressing (oil extraction) section, and the cake forming (heavy pressure oil draining) section.
2.The screw oil press is mainly composed of five major components: automatic control part, heating and pressing part, adjustment part, transmission part and vacuum oil filter.
3.The automatic control system includes air switches, AC contactors, temperature controllers and automatic circuit protection devices; the heating and pressing part consists of heaters, press screws and press bars, and machine body assembly; the transmission part consists of main shaft and reduction box, pulleys, motor wheels, etc. It consists of; the adjustment part is composed of adjusting screw, adjusting nut, sub-handle, locking nut, etc.; the vacuum oil filter part is composed of vacuum pump, oil filter barrel pipeline and other components.
