Working Principle
Castor seeds are fed uniformly into the shelling chamber through the feed inlet. Under the action of internal rollers, toothed discs, or flexible extrusion mechanisms, the outer shells are crushed and abraded, thereby separating the shells from the kernels. Subsequently, through the combined effects of airflow and vibratory screening, the lighter castor shells are blown out, while full, intact castor kernels are discharged from the main outlet, thereby achieving an integrated process of shelling, separation, and cleaning.
