Constructed of premium SUS304 stainless steel, the motor and reducer are carbon steel, the belt is made of white PVC, and the base and standard components are also constructed of 304 stainless steel, ensuring both durability and hygienic standards while ensuring stable operation.
Automated Apple Processing Workflow
The operator places the apple on the machine's fruit tray, triggering an automatic fixing mechanism. Top and bottom pins secure the apple axially, preventing movement without damaging the flesh-ideal for round fruits like apples and pears.
Next, the machine performs peeling, coring, and slicing in sequence:
Peeling: A rotating circular blade removes the peel with adjustable speed/pressure for minimal flesh loss.
Coring: A cylindrical tool pierces the core, customizable for different fruit sizes.
Slicing/Sectioning: Parallel blades create even slices, or radial blades divide the fruit into segments (e.g., 6 or 8).
The process ensures fast, precise, and damage-free preparation.
