Its core advantage lies in its planetary stirring mechanism, combining both orbital and rotational movements, along with wall and bottom scraping capabilities, ensuring thorough, dead-angle-free mixing without scorching. Heating Principle: Heat is indirectly transferred to the inner vessel through a heating medium (steam or thermal oil) circulating within the jacket. This heat is then conducted to the material, effectively preventing localized overheating and scorching.
Stirring Principle: The agitator simultaneously revolves around the center of the kettle (covering the entire vessel area) while independently rotating on its own axis (generating powerful shear and mixing forces). Working in conjunction with wall-scraping blades, it continuously scrapes material off the inner walls and reincorporates it into the mix. This process completely eliminates dead zones, ensuring exceptional uniformity in both material heating and mixing.
